Job Responsibilities

  • Build our next generation Virtual Reality product for the architecture and design visualization industry.
  • Work on developing product features and implement research based algorithms to achieve automation between game engines and design formats such as CAD models, Floor Plans, Image based designs, etc.
  • Write efficient code to import, export and process various 3D/CAD/BIM data like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, FBX into Virtual Reality environment.
  • Develop product features to host and process data from cloud and collaborative VR.
  • Follow agile methodology to develop and deliver novel product features.
  • Develop, modify, and debug game and related engine C/C++/C# code
  • Deploys and tests software on different VR platforms
  • Document software and features for internal and external engineering teams
  • Collaborate with other internal departments (art, design, audio, animation, QA, etc)
  • Reports to the Vice President of Engineering.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong C/C++ experience
  • Basic knowledge of 3D graphics fundamentals, experience in OpenGL/DirectX/Vulkan
  • Strong Data structures and algorithms knowledge
  • Good knowledge of 3D Geometry and math
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, readable, portable, and reliable code

Good to have Skills

  • Experience with inner workings of game engines such as Unreal Engine 4 and Unity.
  • Experience with native development on mobile platforms (IOS & Android)
  • Any prior experience with VR technology is preferable.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling tools like Maya and 3DSMax is preferred.

  • Good experience on databases Management system - structured and unstructured
  • Experience with SQL(MySQL, SQL Server), NoSQL(MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Google cloud Datastore)
  • Strong experience on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
  • Strong problem solving skills, good understanding on algorithms and data structures, database modelling.
  • Good foundation on cloud concepts, cloud computing service models

  • Excellent knowledge of C++
  • Exposure to blueprint visual scripting on Unreal Engine.
  • Exposure to UI programming with Unreal.
  • Good understanding of graphic programming using OpenGL/DirtectX
  • Has strong foundation in game programming – 3D Vector Math, data structures and algorithms.
